Design field education/ TI Graduate/ Polytechnic or equivalent in Interior Design.Minimum 3-5 years of Developer Projects experience in Residential Clubhouse, Show Flat.Independent, Responsible & Good Presentation Skill.Autocad/ 3D Max/ Photoshop is a must.Good knowledge of Detailing/ Shop Presentation is an advantage. Developer project experience in residential Clubhouse, Show Flat.Holding safety certificate is an advantage.Experience in construction process and practical construction detail.Good Communication skill & sound relationship with cooperation parties including client & subtrades.Knowledge of AutoCad / Excel / Microsoft Project or related program is a must.
