The National Marine Dredging Company was incepted in 1976 as a sector of Abu Dhabi National Petroleum Company . lt was then established as a shareholding independent company according to the Emiri Law No.[10] of the year 1979 issued by the President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan – May Allah protect him – and modified by the Laws No. [3] of the year 1985 and No.[9] of the year 1985 . lt is a public shareholding company of independent stature and it is entitled of full competence to achieve its objectives.The headquarters and its juridical address are in Abu Dhabi city in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
