AMS – Agile Matrix Solutions Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as BIZSOL Sdn Bhd) was incorporated on the 12th March 2002 under the Companies Act, 1965 of Malaysia as a private limited company. It is owned by its principle operators that were former senior executives of consulting services companies, with strong background in various business solutions and industries. It will also work with investors and partners to grow the company. Agile Matrix Solutions is a MSC Status company which has established offices in Malaysia and Singapore. Their core business is the provision of IT management and technology services, particularly Systems Integration, Application Development, Managed Services and IT Resource Management, across a broad range of professions and industries including oil & gas, education, insurance, banking and retail. They are primarily specializing in Java, J2EE, Web and Oracle technologies. They use Open Source technologies extensively in our software development projects as a way to formulate the best and most cost effective solutions to their customers. Their solutions encompass technologies such as Struts, Tapestry, JSF, Hibernate, Spring , JasperReport and Seam frameworks. They also use Open Source technologies such as Eclipse, Ant, Tomcat, Subversion, MySql, etc. in their development environment.
