HR Manager, Network Planning Manager, Account Manager(Online Listing), Marketing Executive at Singapore

A degree or higher with at least 5 years of account management/ sales experience with proven sales record, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.Good understanding of Global Telecommunication / IT services and solutions.Degree in Business or Engineering with minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.Certified in BCM.Experience in BS25999 or SS540 Certification will be an advantage.Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing, preferably with 2-3 years of Product Management / Product Marketing experience.Knowledge of internet & telecommunications industry.Technical knowledge in IP, Security and IT Services would be advantageous.At least 2 years hands-on experience in designing and building large scale IP networks; and working knowledge of IP routing protocols like OSPF, BGP and MPLS.Possess experience and competency in IP network & systems, including ICT technology & development, project planning, development & management.Candidates with professional certification (eg. CCNA, CCNP, etc) will be an added advantage.Preferably a degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of working experience in an Operational environment.A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous.Knowledge in telecommunications technology and services such as Wireless Technology such as 3G, wimax, wireless, IP, VoiP, Internet, ISDN, networking equipment, video transmission, LAN/WAN technologies etc. Knowledge of SingTel infrastructure and services will be an advantage.Knowledge in IT such as messaging and collaboration, security, servers, backup solutions will be an advantage. ITIL certification is desirable.knowledge in:Systems skills and Internet knowledge (eg Linux/UNIX, SMTP, POP, DNS etc).Application development skills (eg PERL, shell scripting, Python, AJAX, XML/Web Services, Portlets, etc).Strong knowledge of online directory listing and established relationships within Small Medium Enterprises (SME) market.Diploma and above in Marketing or related disciplines with at least 2 years of Marketing experience.Minimum of 18 years relevant experience in DBA roles and at least 8 years experience managing diverse team.Strong relevant experience working in major financial institutions preferred.
